Camachile Restaurant is located at Barangay Matabungkay in Lian, Batangas. Looking at the surrounding area, you will know how the restaurant got its name because there’s a Camachile tree just outside the dining place. The restaurant is somewhat “open” with the walls covering only the bottom half portion of the whole height of the structure.

The walls are made of sawali, framed with bamboo and wood. The ceiling and roof are made of pawid. The restaurant also offers a dining experience outside the covered area where chairs and tables, made of heavy wood, are set.

How to Get There

From City Center:

Coming from Saint John the Baptist Parish Church, ride a tricycle to Lian Jeepney Terminal. The fare is ₱20. Take the jeepney to Calatagan. Tell the driver to drop you off at the intersection where you can ride a tricycle to Matabungkay Beach. The jeepney fare is ₱25. From the intersection, ride a tricycle to the restaurant. The fare is ₱20.

 

From Bus Terminal:

Coming from Pasay or Cubao, ride a bus to Calatagan or Nasugbu. Tell the driver to drop you off at the intersection to Lian. The bus fare is around ₱180. From the intersection, ride a tricycle to Camachile Restaurant. The fare is ₱20.
