Don Juan Boodle House is located at Calle J.W. Diokno in Taal, Batangas. The restaurant is near the Taal Public Market. The establishment is a combination of old and modern design. The structure itself is made of concrete with a modern touch, while the windows are reminiscent of old Filipino-style design during the Spanish era but with a modern twist.

Just like the facade, the interior is mostly painted white with green accent. Even the chairs/seats have the same green accent. Some seats are long, like the Filipino “bangko”. The restaurant’s specialty is the boodle-type meals, and the most popular choices are the Taal Specialty Boodle and the Inihaw Boodle.

How to Get There

From City Center:

Coming from Taal Heritage, you can choose to ride a tricycle or walk going to the restaurant. The tricycle fare is ₱10.

 

From Bus Terminal:

From Manila, board a bus (DLTB or Jam Bus) bound for Lemery. Alight at the corner of Taal Road and Diversion Road; your landmark is Flying V gasoline station. From there, hire a tricycle to take you to Don Juan Boodle House. The fare for the special trip is ₱40.

Alternatively, you can take a jeepney from Flying V going to Lemery. Alight at Taal Public Market and start walking until you see the restaurant. The fare is ₱9.
