Paradores del Castillo is located at #28 Dr. H. Del Castillo Street, Poblacion Zone 14 in Taal, Batangas. The hotel is near the town center, so it’s a few meters away from Taal attractions such as Casa V, Taal Market, and Taal Basilica. The restaurant’s name is actually Ristorante Itaaliano. Guests can choose to dine at any of these locations: The Porch, Bamboo Lounge, The Grove, The View Deck, The Garden, and Blue Note Bar.
The hotel preserved its Spanish-American style of “bahay na bato”. You can also take photos around the vicinity and try one of those standees where you can pose as one of the folks wearing Filipiniana outfits. The restaurant serves Italian, Taaleño, and Ilocano dishes; the bestsellers are the Taal specialties. How to Get There
From City Center:
Coming from Taal Heritage, ride a tricycle to the restaurant. The tricycle fare is ₱20.
From Bus Terminal:
From Manila, board a bus (DLTB or Jam Bus) bound for Lemery. Alight at the corner of Taal Road and Diversion Road; your landmark is Flying V gasoline station. From there, hire a tricycle to take you to Paradores del Castillo. The fare for the special trip is ₱70.
Alternatively, you can take a jeepney from Flying V going to Lemery. Alight at Taal Heritage. The fare is ₱9. From there, take a tricycle to the hotel. The fare for the special trip is ₱20.
