BATANGAS CHURCH: Sto. Domingo de Silos Parish (Mass Schedule + How to Get There)

Batangas is one of the most accessible destinations from Metro Manila for those looking for a beach or mountain getaway. Many make a quick stop here over the weekend or during the holidays. However, the province also has a number of churches that are either decades or even more than a century old.

The Sto. Domingo de Silos Parish Archdiocese of Lipa is a church to consider visiting because of its history and beauty. You’ll find it in Calatagan, Batangas. The church has a history that spans more than a century. It was initially constructed in 1913 and has been a landmark in Calatagan since then. The church has a simple interior and exterior with the typical religious icons inside.
